Prices are listed in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor.
5. Grade Guarantee Policy
Our Grade Guarantee covers a final course grade of A or B. If the guaranteed grade is not achieved despite our expert completing all assigned work, you are entitled to a full refund or free re-service, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is void if: (a) you provide incomplete or inaccurate course login information; (b) you or any third party accesses the course account during the service period without our knowledge; (c) your academic institution requires identity verification that prevents completion; (d) you request a chargeback or dispute before allowing us to resolve any issue.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all customer information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information, order details, or any identifying data with third parties except as required by law. 7. Intellectual Property

11. Termination

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
