We collect only what we need to give you a quote and, if you proceed, to complete your coursework — your contact details, the specifics of your course, and the login credentials required to access it. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass your identity or your coursework to anyone outside our in-house team.

The most sensitive thing you give us is your course login, and we treat it accordingly. Credentials are stored encrypted, are accessible only to your assigned expert and one account manager, and are permanently deleted once your class is complete. We do not keep a running archive of your academic activity beyond what is needed to deliver and stand behind our work. Because we never use freelancer marketplaces or third-party contractors, your information stays inside a single, accountable team rather than being scattered across strangers.

You retain the right to ask what we hold, to request that it be corrected, and to have it deleted. If anything in the detailed policy below is unclear, you can email us and ask — plain answers to plain questions are part of how we think privacy should work. The formal, complete terms follow.

Your Rights Over Your Information

Beyond how we handle your data, you have concrete rights over it, and we want them stated clearly rather than buried in the clauses below. And you can ask us to delete your information — which, for course credentials, happens automatically once your class is complete, but which you can also request explicitly for any other details you have shared. To exercise any of these, simply email us; there is no form to hunt down and no hoop to jump through.

We also keep data collection deliberately minimal, which is itself a privacy protection. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. The less we collect and the less we keep, the less there is to protect or expose — so restraint at the collection stage is a core part of how we treat your privacy, not an afterthought. A word specifically about the most sensitive data we ever hold: your course login credentials. These are treated differently from ordinary contact details. They are encrypted at rest, access is limited to the single expert assigned to your class and one account manager, they are never shared with any third party or contractor, and they are permanently deleted once your class ends rather than retained “just in case.” We ask for them only after you have approved your quote and work is beginning, never merely to provide a price. If you ever want confirmation that your credentials have been removed at the end of a class, you can ask and we will confirm it. This is the standard we would want applied to our own accounts, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to with yours.

Two further practical points worth stating plainly. First, we do not need — and do not ask for — more access than the work requires; where a course only needs a specific tool or section, that is all we use. Second, if you ever have a question about what we hold, how it is stored, or want to confirm a deletion, a real person will answer it; privacy questions are not routed into a void.
